The Crystal Method was formed in 1993 as part of the 90’s electronica movement. Their music appeared in several different tv shows, movies, advertisements, and video games. In this tune, they sampled several communications from The Apollo 8 space mission. There are many things I love about this song but one of my favorites is the bass. Playing it through a phone doesn’t serve its justice, crank this thing up in your car and you will feel it in your feet. This song is timeless and brings me chills every time I listen to it.
